Home Depot seems to have better prices on small items. Lowes carries good stock too. I prefer Lowes becuase its closer to my home. You are right. Its like the closest store wins.

Good Video Chuck, I always tell customers to find a good drainage contractor when they have serious issues with basement water or nasty wet crawlspaces. We install Roofing and Gutters in the Charlotte NC Area plus do Interior and Exterior Remodeling. Most folks think a simple gutter install with Downspout extensions will do the trick but not always the case.

I have a strange odor coming from my crawl space vents. Any ideas what it could be? Its not like ananimal odor more like mildew smell.

YEP . Ditch Dancer put a sump pump in my crawl space back in 2005. Still works and is dry as a bone.

I agree with Harry. Shirley should have implemented this plan 3 years ago. But its not too late to start.

Crawl space issues are extreme in Atlanta. Mold, wood rot, floors and joists.. What wonderful way to solve 2 problems at the same time.
